Note: RLAS does not operate any type of office staffed with volunteers/employees (such as a CAB, law centre or firm of solicitors). The telephone number is a private number. This is likely to mean it will not be answered at the time you call. Or when answered your query cannot be dealt right then. The preferred method of contact is by email, coming to a RLAS advice session or leaving a voicemail.

At present we are unable to offer advice and assistance over the telephone. In limited circumstances, RLAS does offer advice by email. This is limited to persons who cannot get to a RLAS session because of a disability. If you wish to take advantage of this please call the number or send an email as mentioned above.
