Coronavirus (COVID-19 pandemic) - suspension of advice sessions

To lessen the risk of infection for our clients and volunteers, RLAS has decided to suspend its weekly Tuesday evening advice sessions from Tuesday 17 March 2020 until at least the end of April 2020.

Please check our website from time-to-time for when RLAS might be able to resume the advice sessions.

For alternative sources of advice and assistance please contact:

Opening times

RLAS is open between 8pm and 9.30pm every Tuesday in Richmond (except as noted below closed).

For addresses, transport links and maps click here.

Should I arrive before 8pm?

You can arrive before 8pm. However you should be aware of the following:

Do I need to make an appointment?

No. RLAS does not have an appointment system. RLAS runs a drop-in style clinic. Clients are normally (but not always) seen in order of arrival. You should expect to wait 30 minutes to 45 minutes (depending on when you arrive and the number of clients that come on a particular Tuesday).

Although RLAS is running an advice session, will I be seen?

See this page for details

When RLAS might not open

Holy Trinity Church does not belong to RLAS. On occasion these premises are closed, or the rooms that they make available to RLAS are used for other purposes. RLAS may only receive notice shortly before. On these occasions, RLAS may not be able to run a session on a particular evening.

Unfortunately, RLAS are unable to notify clients, other than via this web site.

Dates when RLAS will be closed

RLAS will not be open on 22 and 29 December 2020
