When RLAS is open and closed

Opening times

RLAS is open:

For addresses, transport links and maps click here.

Should I arrive before 8pm?

Note: please do not arrive before 8pm. If you arrive before 8pm, and a RLAS volunteer has not arrived, it is likely you will have to wait outside the building on the street. At either location RLAS operates it is unlikely any person connnected with the location will allow you in until a RLAS volunteer has arrived.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No. RLAS does not have an appointment system. Clients are normally (but not always) seen in order of arrival.

When RLAS might not open

The premises RLAS use do not belong to RLAS. On occasion these premises are closed, or the rooms that they make available to RLAS are used for other purposes. RLAS may only receive notice shortly before. On these occasions, RLAS may not be able to run a session on a particular evening.

Unfortunately, RLAs are unable to notify clients, other than via this web site.

Dates when RLAS will be closed or will be open on a different date in 2010

At its Ricmond location: RLAS is likely not to be open on the following dates: 24 and 31 December 2010.

At is Mortlake location: RLAS will not be opening on the first Tuesday of the month in May 2010, but rather on the first Monday (on the 3 May 2010 rather than the 4 May 2010). Note that its sessions at its Mortlake location is initially for a trial period of 6 months. Please check in September 2010 whether the sessions in Mortlake will run beyond September 2010.
